Welcome!
Dear dancers, families and guests: On behalf of the Greater Louisville Irish Cultural Society, we would like to welcome you to the 13th Annual Louisville Feis. We are excited to be in the Kentucky Expo Center with 6 stages of dancing. We look forward to yet another successful feis thanks to all of you.

Registration
Pre-registration will take place on Friday night from 7:00-9:00pm on the 1st floor meeting room at the Hyatt Place. There is no access to the Expo Center on Friday night as the feis committee will be setting up stages, etc. There are no practice rooms. Registration will open at 7:30 am on Saturday at the feis site.
Stage Assignments
Please remember that we have arranged the stages so that your child will dance on the same stage all day. Stages are assigned by age groups and competition levels for those age groups will compete at that stage. Judges will be rotated so dancers will compete for different adjudicators. Please note that there are very few figure dances with competitors and we expect solo competitions to begin very quickly.
Schedule
Competitions will begin at 8:30am starting with Figures on all stages. First Feis/Beginner Competitions will take place immediately following the figure competitions. Preliminary and Championship competitions will begin immediately at 8:30am. PC/OC comps will run youngest to oldest starting with hard shoe.
Lunch Break
Each stage will break for lunch for approximately 20-30 minutes between 11:30am and 12 noon depending on how that stage is running. Judges/musicians will be eating lunch at the stage in between competitions. Please watch your stage’s “Now/Next/Check In” board for the “Lunch Break” sign.
PC/OC Results
Preliminary Championship and Open Championship results will be announced at the PC/OC awards area located next to Registration. Please check the awards announcement schedule at the PC/OC awards area for exact times.
New This Year
1st place trophies for Open Prizewinner and Non-Traditional set dance competitions will be awarded this year. Sashes for 1st – 3rd place for PC/OC comps will also be awarded.
Results by eMail
All dancers with a valid email address will receive results via email no later than one week after the feis. Results will be posted to efeis.com within a week as well.
